Falling home prices in Fairfax in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Fairfax fell by $43,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 27.4% decrease over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fairfax in August 2020.
