What happened to the median home price in Reading during August 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Reading rose by $64,250 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 62.2% increase over the $103,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Reading in August 2020.
