August 2021: Kenwood experienced a 11.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Kenwood fell by $53,050 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,950 - a 11.7% decrease over the $453,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Kenwood in August 2020.
