Median home prices in Symmes Township rose to $469,000 in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $94,000 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $469,000 - a 25.1% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Symmes Township in August 2020.
