The property at 9100 Hoffman Farm Lane, Montgomery was sold on Sept. 11 by Melissa and Richard Pregel for $1,100,000. The buyers were Mark F. and Kathryn K. Shoreman.

This property last sold for $835,000 on Dec. 6, 2005.

So far in September 2021, two properties sold in Montgomery.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Melissa K Pregel has been registered to vote since 1995. Richard J Pregel has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 9100 Hoffman Farm Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexander Jacob Pregel, 23, Andrew Woldoff Pregel, 21, Melissa K Pregel, 52, and Richard J Pregel, 58.
