On Sept. 14, James E. Teufel sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1619 Kemper Ave., Mount Healthy to Thane D. and Rachel S. Wegner for $175,000.

This property is one of nine sales so far in Mount Healthy in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, James E Teufel (69) has been registered to vote since 2010.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
