On Sept. 15, Colton L King sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 10045 Sturgeon Lane, Northbrook to Zillow Homes Property (trust) for $171,900.

This home last sold on April 13, 2016 for $74,550.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Colton Lee King (28) has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
