On Sept. 20, Zillow Homes Property (trust) purchased a four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 11391 Melissa Court, Pleasant Run from Chris and Sonisha Coleman for $282,398.

This home last sold on March 7, 2018 for $145,000.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Pleasant Run.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Craig a Smith, 63, was the only registered voter residing at 11391 Melissa Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
