The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 55 Ridgeway Road, Springfield Township was sold on Sept. 16 by Erin Marie Price for $110,000. The buyer was Scott Lovdal.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 2, 2009. It last sold for $27,500.

So far in September 2021, 44 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Erin Marie Price has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 55 Ridgeway Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: David Virgil Price, 66, and Erin Marie Price, 39.
