On Sept. 27, John Khan and Begum Minhaz sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 6043 Ridgeacres Drive, Golf Manor to Nadia Rabeeah for $62,000.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Golf Manor.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6043 Ridgeacres Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Arnetta C Williams, 32, and Jacqueline Ann Jackson, 65.
