On Sept. 27, Kia Danielle Alexander sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 4610 Carter Ave., Norwood to Thomas R. Taggart for $158,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 1, 2020 for $143,500.

This property is one of 51 sales so far in Norwood in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Wilburn B Jones, 80, was the only registered voter residing at 4610 Carter Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
