The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 401 Township Ave., Elmwood Place was sold on Oct. 5 by Craig C McLaughlin for $45,000. The buyers were Paul B. and Linda C Alexander.

This home last sold for $7,000 on July 15, 2006.

This property is the only sale in Elmwood Place so far in October 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Debra Carden, 58, was the only registered voter residing at 401 Township Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
