This home last sold for $257,000 on March 8, 2021.

This property is one of four sales so far in Norwood in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lawrence Franklin Lindgren, 72, was the only registered voter residing at 2512 Marsh Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
