Pricing for the median home in Lincoln Heights increased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 100% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lincoln Heights in September 2020.
