The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Springfield Township rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 118.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Springfield Township in September 2020.
