Pricing for the median home in Golf Manor decreased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Golf Manor fell by $18,950 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 10.4% decrease over the $181,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Golf Manor in September 2020.
