Median home prices in Newtown rose to $180,500 in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Newtown rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,500 - a 2.6% increase over the $176,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Newtown in September 2020.
