Rising home prices in Reading in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Reading rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Reading in September 2020.
