September 2021: Silverton experienced a 13.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Silverton rose by $23,800 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $176,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Silverton in September 2020.
