Median home prices in Glendale fell to $211,500 in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Glendale fell by $119,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,500 - a 36.1% decrease over the $330,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Glendale in September 2020.
