Anderson Township home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Anderson Township rose by $1,200 while total sales increased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,950 - a 0.5% increase over the $253,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Anderson Township in September 2020.
