September 2021: Kenwood experienced a 24.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Kenwood rose by $67,600 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 24.6% increase over the $274,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Kenwood in September 2020.
