Median home prices in Wyoming rose to $390,000 in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Wyoming rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 10% increase over the $354,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Wyoming in September 2020.
