Symmes Township median home prices fell by 5.9% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Symmes Township fell by $26,050 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,450 - a 5.9% decrease over the $443,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Symmes Township in September 2020.
