September 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $270,750 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,400,000 - a 24% increase over the $1,129,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Indian Hill in September 2020.
