How did home prices perform in Lincoln Heights during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $58,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,500 - a 117% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the third quarter of 2020.
