The third quarter of 2021: Reading experienced a 12.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Reading rose by $18,750 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,750 - a 12.1% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Reading in the third quarter of 2020.
