Forest Park home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Forest Park rose by $31,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,750 - a 20.1% increase over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Forest Park in the third quarter of 2020.
