Rising home prices in Loveland (Hamilton County) in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 69.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $215,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Loveland in the third quarter of 2020.
