Median home prices in Mariemont fell to $379,250 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Mariemont fell by $17,750 while total sales increased by 114.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,250 - a 4.5% decrease over the $397,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mariemont in the third quarter of 2020.
