Rising home prices in Kenwood in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Kenwood rose by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,500 - a 19.5% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Kenwood in the third quarter of 2020.
