Terrace Park home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Terrace Park rose by $198,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $572,000 - a 52.9% increase over the $374,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Terrace Park in the third quarter of 2020.
