The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $470,000 while total sales decreased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,475,000 - a 46.8% increase over the $1,005,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Indian Hill in the third quarter of 2020.
