On Oct. 4, David and Kirsten Vanderburg Hall purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3377 Blue Rock Road, White Oak from Eric Radtke and M Martin James for $154,900.

This property is one of two sales so far in White Oak in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3377 Blue Rock Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Adam D Zoz, 35, and Leaisha S Burns, 25.
