On Oct. 1, Michael Sokol sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 712 Converse Drive, Forest Park to Jayde Adelle and Manny Bierd Niblack for $189,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Forest Park in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Erica Stephanie Smith, 27, was the only registered voter residing at 712 Converse Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
