This property is one of seven sales so far in Madeira in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Stephen E Simler has been registered to vote since 1998.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7114 Maple Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrea Simler Degolier, 53, and Stephen E Simler, 52.
