The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 9303 Wynnecrest Drive, Blue Ash was sold on Oct. 7 by Andrew R. Geiger for $333,000. The buyers were Jonathan and Erin Pluchino Risher.

So far in October 2021, six properties sold in Blue Ash.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 9303 Wynnecrest Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anthony Lamont Walker, 27, and Alyssa R Truitt, 51.
