The last time this home sold was Dec. 13, 2016. It last sold for $79,900.

This property is one of seven sales so far in North College Hill in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Marilyn Kay Tunnat has been registered to vote since 2013. Peter Jeffery Tunnat has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
