This home last sold for $115,000 on June 18, 2010.

So far in October 2021, 38 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Steven Scott Ramsey has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10705 Silverbrook Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Pamela M Berry, 54, Barbara Ann Ramsey, 75, and Steven Scott Ramsey, 51.
