On Oct. 20, Samuel L. Childress and M McKinney Amber sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 639 Blanche Ave., Arlington Heights to Colbye Skeens for $166,500.

This home last sold on May 12, 2016 for $32,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Arlington Heights in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Samuel Lee Childress has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 639 Blanche Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amber M McKinney, 36, and Samuel Lee Childress, 38.
