The property at 1496 Adams Road, Mount Healthy was sold on Oct. 27 by Julia A. Snyder and Jean F. Marcum for $130,000. The buyers were Maher Kheir Allah Arnaout and Alya Essam Bakhtiari.

This property is one of 15 sales so far in Mount Healthy in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1496 Adams Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Richard T Marcum, 56, and Sandra C Schlotterbeck, 79.
