The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6981 Cambridge Ave., Mariemont was sold on Oct. 28 by Shermark LLC for $625,000. The buyers were Lisa and Kyle Kropog Walsh.

So far in October 2021, eight properties sold in Mariemont.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6981 Cambridge Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Doug P Wilson, 59, and Paule Doug Wilson, 59.
