Lincoln Heights home prices rose in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,500 - a 18.9% increase over the $26,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in October 2020.
