The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Sharonville rose by $18,250 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $179,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Sharonville in October 2020.
