Falling home prices in Glendale in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Glendale fell by $39,150 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,850 - a 15.4% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Glendale in October 2020.
