The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Kenwood fell by $122,500 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 29.3% decrease over the $417,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Kenwood in October 2020.
