On Nov. 2, Inell Bolls-Gaither sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 11815 Hitchcock Drive, Forest Park to Zillow Homes Property (trust) for $217,461.

So far in November 2021, 25 properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 11815 Hitchcock Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Willie Jean Smith, 67, and Levi Lewis Smith, 69.
