The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9209 Village Green Drive, Montgomery was sold on Nov. 3 by 6927 Ragland Road LLC for $699,900. The buyers were Rachel and Joseph Freytag.

This property is one of seven sales so far in Montgomery in November 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Dolores Lovena Stanley, 82, was the only registered voter residing at 9209 Village Green Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
