On Nov. 24, Robert Lucke Homes Inc. sold their four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 9758 Pinto Court, Symmes Township to Edward C. and Gail M Dollin for $1,224,707.

This home last sold on Dec. 17, 2020 for $280,000.

So far in November 2021, 14 properties sold in Symmes Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Edward Craig Dollin has been registered to vote since 1989. Gail M Dollin has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 9758 Pinto Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rachael Erin Dollin, 32, Jeremy R Dollin, 30, Edward Craig Dollin, 63, and Gail M Dollin, 63.
