The last time this home sold was May 22, 2018. It last sold for $190,000.

So far in December 2021, 10 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Rachael Ann Kelsey has been registered to vote since 2018. Sean Clinton Kelsey has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9894 Lorelei Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rachael Ann Kelsey, 30, Bradley D Leconey, 30, and Sean Clinton Kelsey, 31.
